DIRECTIONS

HOW TO TAKE

Mix 2 scoops (approx. 100g) with 250ml of water in a NUTRITECH® shaker. Shake thoroughly and drink within 30 minutes of completing your workout. An amazing product. I’ve seen gains within 2 weeks of using it. Weight was up by 3Kgs in 2 weeks. I would suggest this to anyone trying to bulk up and put on serious size. Great taste.
