No critical data is stored at office locations
Fire and flood suppression systems are in place
Only authorized personnel have access to security logs and infrastructure

In the Event of a Data Breach

In the case of a breach, the Chief Operating Officer and Information Officer will initiate data control procedures and notify:

Relevant authorities (as per POPIA requirements)
Affected individuals, in line with legal timelines

Data Retention

Personal data is retained for up to 18 months from the last user interaction
Inactive profiles will be deleted after 18 months
